Well-being of the population and accession of Kazakhstan to the list

of 30 developed countries are the long-term goals of our independent state.

December 1 - Kazakhstan celebrates the Day of the First President.

December 1 - Kazakhstan celebrates the Day of the First President. This is a tribute to the high respect and reverence of the people of Kazakhstan to their First President - Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Nursultan Nazarbayev made a great contribution to the formation of our independent state, to preserving territorial integrity and ensuring national security of Kazakhstan.

In the strategic development program "Kazakhstan-2030", which the Head of State introduced 20 years ago, national security was identified as the main priority goal (out of the seven long-term priorities of the strategic program). It should be noted that the task of strengthening the national security system and its integration with regional and global security systems, which was set out in the Strategy, is fully implemented.

Now it can be stated that the establishment of the republic as one of the safest and stable countries in the world with a dynamically developing economy took place, to a large extent, thanks to a balanced multi-vector foreign policy with the allocation of strategic partners, which has become an important tool for ensuring national security.

This foreign policy led to the fact that now Kazakhstan is a participant in various systems of collective security that allow us to balance the interests of the world's leading powers, thereby ensuring the basis for the strength of the national security of our state. Collective security systems include the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA).

It should be recalled that the idea of creating CICA belongs to the President of the Republic, Nursultan Nazarbayev. As a result, today the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) is the largest multilateral forum for addressing security issues in the Asian continent, which already includes 26 member countries.

Responsible foreign policy of Kazakhstan in the field of security assists in the formation of a positive image of Kazakhstan in the world community, and makes a significant contribution to strengthening national, regional and global security. Thanks to it, today Kazakhstan is recognized and respected in the world, and our President is one of the brightest, most influential politicians of our time.
