Among the issues considered by the National Commission at the meeting are the provision of youth employment and employment, the opening of new jobs, the promotion of family values in the framework of the “Ruhani Zhangiru” program, which are among the 10 important areas designated by the President. To provide youth with employment and employment, the programs “Zhasyl el”, “With diploma to the village”, “Serpin”, “Youth practice” are implemented. The program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship allowed employment in 2018. more than 253 thousand young people, which is 37% of the total number of participants. Within the framework of the “Bastau Business” project, 8.5 thousand young people were trained in the basics of entrepreneurship, more than 2 thousand people received microcredits. More than 28.4 thousand young people are sent to youth practice to gain initial experience in the profession. 34.8 thousand young people were sent to social workplaces and public works. The National Youth Support Project “Zhastar - El Tіregі” is being launched, which provides for the coverage of 1 million young people over three years.
The implementation of the program “Ruhani Zangyru” and the priorities “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe”, adopted on behalf of the First President - Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev is aimed at the revival of spiritual and moral values. In this process, the family has a huge role in preserving and enhancing spiritual, cultural values and the national code. Therefore, the emphasis in the implementation of these tasks is on the promotion of family values. For these purposes for NGOs in the framework of the state social order in 2019, implementation of 167 socially significant projects in the amount of 607 million tenge is envisaged. The practice of free access of schoolchildren to republican museums, reserve museums and theaters during the holidays has been introduced. For the active involvement of children and youth in creative and creative projects in the regions, 208 co-working centers have been created, the largest number of them have been opened in Almaty, Almaty, East Kazakhstan, Pavlodar and Karaganda regions.
The meeting also considered the issue of the implementation of the Action Plan for 2017-2019 on the implementation of the Family and Gender Policy Concept in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030 in the Mangystau Oblast. The positive experience of the project “Business for 3 days” implemented in the region to support socially vulnerable groups of the population was noted. The main task is practical assistance to low-income families in running their own business. Since the start of this project - since March 2019, more than 120 participants - 61 people. low-income families, 37 large families, 2 single fathers with many children, 7 single mothers and 13 people caring for a disabled person started their own business. As a result, 37 sewing manufactures, 11 craft and 4 textile workshops, 21 food production facilities, 25 confectioneries, 12 mini-workshops to produce dairy products and beverages, 2 business services were created.
