On February 26, 2020, a round table «EAEU Prospects for Member Countries» was held in Almaty, organized by the representative office of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.
Director of the Office-Representative of the Adenauer Stiftung in Kazakhstan, Mr. Thomas Helm opened the event and moderated the round table.
Experts from Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan discussed current topics regarding prospects and further development of the EAEU. The main speakers were well-known political scientists, economists, scientists, in particular Askar Nursha, Ph.D., Dean of the School of Public and Public Policy and Law, AlmaU; Roza Turarbekova, Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of International Relations, Director of the Center for Eurasian and European Studies, Faculty of International Studies, Belarusian State University; Kairat Osmonaliev, Doctor of Law, Professor of Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyna, a professor-at-large at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law; Adil Kaukenov, Director of Center for Chinese Studies «China center»; Artyom Sadoyan, Chairman of Sadoyan Technologies, etc.
