The Address to the People of Kazakhstan by President

of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Kassym-Jomart Tokayev

A strong system «Responsible State - Responsible Society -

Responsible Person» must be perpetuated in our country.

As you know, the current foreign policy processes in the global world are developing at a rapid pace. We are direct witnesses of active events in the Middle East, confrontation between Russia and the West, the growing role of China, instability of political regimes in the post-Soviet space, etc. All these factors, of course, arouse great interest among a wide variety of audiences, ranging from experts and scholars in the field of international relations and ending with caring citizens to modern geopolitical trends.

Chief Research fellow of the KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences Laumulin Murat Turarovich continues to evaluate and share with viewers his expert opinion on key international events through the «Open World» research platform presented on Youtube.

As a reminder, since June 2020, the Open World Center for Analysis and Forecasting Public Foundation has begun a series of videos dedicated to the most pressing and important issues of world politics, international relations, geopolitics and other aspects of modern public life.

In a new cycle of his analytical programs, Murat Laumulin reveals the details of the next autumn outbreak of the military conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh and the subsequent adopted peace agreement, analyzes the past presidential elections in the United States, interviews Fabrissi Vielmini, a professor at Webster University, an expert on the problems of the post-Soviet space, discusses the current processes in Central Asia.
