KazISS has a regional representative in the Aktobe region

Today, on February 13, a significant event took place – Aktobe appointed a regional representative of the KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region. Askhat Kenesov, Associate Professor of the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and socio-political disciplines of the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, candidate of political sciences, became him. This was announced by the director of the institute Yerkin Tukumov during a meeting with the participation of scientists and experts.

Opening the meeting, Yerkin Tukumov noted that there are high-level specialists working in the regions of the country. Often the local expert knows the subtleties that allow building a harmonious picture of the situation in the region. KazISS regularly conducts field research, but the permanent presence of a representative of the institute in the region will allow us to receive and analyze information more quickly.

This is the first experience of the KazISS, which is implemented in the form of a joint project with Zhubanov University. Zhubanov. In the year of its 30th anniversary the KazISS is moving to a new level of cooperation. Combining the human potential and resources of the KazISS and the university will give impetus to regional research.
