«People about People»: What Kazakhstanis think about family and children

On June 1, International Children’s Day and World Parents’ Day, the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan presents answers from Kazakhstanis about family and children.

According to the results of the sociological survey of Kazakhstan citizens aged 18 years and older, 82.3% of respondents are family people, i.e. live or previously lived with a spouse. Accordingly, the proportion of unmarried and single respondents was 17.7%.
