According to a sociological survey conducted by the KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in February 2022 in all regions of the country 44,7% of the population are not satisfied with their income level. In a number of regions, the share of such significantly exceeds half of the respondents – Akmola, Atyrau, Zhambyl, North Kazakhstan and Almaty regions and Nur-Sultan.
