The second stage of the competition “Images of the Future of Kazakhstan” has been completed

On 7 October 2022 the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a meeting of KazISS Director Yerkin Tukumov with the participants of the program “Images of the Future of Kazakhstan” that aims to support young experts.

Following Program was launched in June by KazISS under the President of Republic of Kazakhstan to search for young and talented researchers, to support new and existing initiatives of young experts aimed at forming an expert community, to develop important and marketable skills of problem statement, work organization, data collection and analysis, the result of which is an analytical report. The program consists of educational and research components in socio-political, socio-economic, international the areas.

Within the framework of the Program to support young experts “Images of the Future of Kazakhstan”, an Educational Hub was held, where lectures for young experts were delivered by leading analysts-experts and scientists of Kazakhstan – Yerkin Tukumov, Dosym Satpayev, Sultan Akimbekov, Marat Shibutov, Aigul Zabirova, Aziz Burkhanov, Sanat Kushkumbayev, Alua Zholdybalina, Askar Nursha.

During the meeting, the participants of the Program were awarded certificates of participation in the Educational Hub. The meeting was attended by experts from Astana, Almaty, Taraz, Semey, who are representing higher education institutions, research centers, analytical institutions and government agencies of the country.

The KazISS intends to continue in the future the Program to support young experts, which contributes to the formation of a new generation of analysts.
