On 27 October 2022 at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of Kazakhstan a meeting was held between Director Yerkin Tukumov and Deputy Director of the Caucasus and Central Asia Department of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic Remy Bualleg.
The meeting was also attended by First Counselor of the Embassy of the French Republic in Kazakhstan Dominique Jeanty, employees of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic, Deputy Director of KazISS S. Kushkumbayev, as well as KazISS experts.
During the meeting they discussed current issues of world politics and regional security, the priorities of the foreign policy of the two countries, the prospects for research cooperation between the analytical centers, as well as the possibility of joint events
