Yesterday, November 18, during the official visit of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Serbia, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KazISS) and the Institute of International Politics and Economics of Serbia.
This document aims to foster the development of scientific and expert dialogue and the implementation of joint projects in the fields of research and education.
The parties agreed to cooperate in several key areas, including the exchange of scientific materials, joint research initiatives, and the organization of events on pressing issues of the bilateral agenda.
Yerkin Tukumov, Director of KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, emphasized that the Memorandum of Cooperation is a significant step toward expanding collaboration and strengthening partnerships at the expert level.
“We are confident that the outcomes of this agreement will open new opportunities for deepening cooperation in the scientific, educational, and research spheres,” said Yerkin Tukumov.
According to Branislav Đorđević, Director of the Institute of International Politics and Economics of Serbia, collaboration between the institutes will contribute to further developing the scientific and expert dialogue between Kazakhstan and Serbia.
The signed Memorandum has established a solid foundation for enhancing expert interaction between Kazakhstan and Serbia, strengthening scientific ties, and promoting joint initiatives in the field of socio-economic development.
