In his speech he marked that the current electoral cycle is a practical launching of political reforms and is directed on resetting of all key political institutes. So, currently in the Senate there is a package of bills aimed at implementing the constitutional reforms, and from the beginning of next year will work completely new legal and institutional mechanisms for the protection of the rights of citizens.

The speakers of the panel session also noted that the implementation of a comprehensive program of political reforms by the head of state creates the conditions for fundamental reforms. The experts agreed that the balance of power institutions should be built according to the model “strong President – influential Parliament – accountable Government”.

During the second session of the Forum the experts shared their vision for the consolidation of Kazakhstani society. So, according to the speakers of the session, the consolidation of Kazakhstani society is based on the public values, which are also gradually transforming and forming new qualities of the nation. According to political scientists, all changes must be based on transparency, honesty and equal opportunities for all.
