On July 8, a meeting took place at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where the institute’s director, Yerkin Tukumov, and the president of Narxoz University, Kanat Kozhametov, discussed the possibilities for cooperation between the two institutions. They addressed issues related to the development of higher education in Kazakhstan and, specifically, the potential of using Big Data in the field of international relations.
Modern digital technologies offer new opportunities for in-depth analysis of global trends, forecasting the development of international relations, and formulating effective strategies. This year, the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies established a special Department for Working with Databases, aimed at systematizing and analyzing large volumes of information. Narxoz University annually graduates qualified master’s students in this field, ready to tackle complex analytical tasks. The collaborative efforts of KazISS and Narxoz will create a synergistic effect and elevate analytical research in Kazakhstan to a new level.
