The Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KazISS) held an online meeting of the Council of Regional Experts dedicated to the discussion of current socio-economic challenges.
The meeting was moderated by Dr. Alua Zholdybalina, PhD in Political Science and Deputy Director of KazISS.
The Council brings together independent experts from all regions of Kazakhstan. Among its members are experts in economics, healthcare, education, environmental policy, as well as in religious, ethnic, linguistic, and youth affairs.
The perspectives shared by regional experts help provide a comprehensive and objective understanding of on-the-ground realities across the country. Their input plays a key role in identifying risks and shaping more accurate and effective policy decisions that respond to the real needs of society.
As a result of the meeting, the Council developed a set of concrete recommendations on the issues discussed.
