Meeting with Anton Khlopkov, Director of the Center for Energy and Security Studies (CENESS), and Victoria Karslieva, Executive Director of the Evgeniy Primakov Center for International Cooperation was held at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of Kazakhstan.

The main topic of the meeting was the exchange of information on the research and analytical activities of KazISS and CENESS in the field of nuclear nonproliferation. It is noteworthy that the meeting took place on June 16, the birthday of KazISS, because nuclear nonproliferation issues were key for the analytical center in the years of its founding, and this topic remains relevant for the institute until now.
